Aaron is the Employer Brand Leader at Wells Fargo Bank. He has been with Wells Fargo for over 21 years, the last nine working with their Employer Brand. Aaronâs team has a focus on traditional brand, advertising, channel and content development, recruiter facing communications, partner management and candidate experience. Prior to his time in Talent Acquisition, Aaron managed several channels on the consumer marketing side. It is this background and his passion for candidate engagement that has created the current strategy that his team is driving.
Aaron has been a featured speaker at Indeed Interactive, the Human Capital Institute and Manetch Workforce Transformation conferences. He has also appeared in Forbes, American Banker and recuiter.com. Aaron is a born and raised Oregonian and lives outside of Portland with his family and a menagerie of critters.

Elan has 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry spanning staffing, social networking start-ups, media, marketing and technology, giving him a varied and unique perspective.
