Webinar: Supercharge your Employer Brand with your Employees

Have You Harnessed the Branding Power of Your Workforce?

In today’s competitive recruiting landscape, your organization’s employer brand is becoming increasingly important. According to LinkedIn, 80 percent of talent leaders agree that an employer’s brand has a significant impact on their ability to hire great talent. Companies that invest in employer branding can see up to a 50 percent increase in qualified applicants.

At the heart of any brand is your organization’s culture. This culture is created by each and every employee working to make your company what it is today. It is essential to make your employees the center of your employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts. Employees offer a unique authenticity that acts as strong validation for your Employer Value Proposition, illustrating your key points of differentiation.

Leveraging employees is a seemingly simple concept, but proper execution can be challenging for many organizations. In this webinar, we will take you through AT&T’s journey in building a solid foundation of employee ambassadors that has powered numerous recruitment marketing activities.

Join us on Thursday, Oct. 25, at 2 PM ET / 11 AM PT to learn:
